Default French classes - Ottawa

Hi,
Can anyone in Ottawa recommend anywhere good to go and learn some French as I am hoping that it will improve job prospects for me!

Thanks

I do not know but let me say it is a smart move ... Ottawa, where I lived briefly some ten years ago, although Ontario, is very very French and not simply because of the civil service.

The Carrefour offers French classes for immigrants for $25 per term.

They have courses several places around the city, but you have to register at their St. Laurent location, where they'll assess your skills and let you know what level you're at. Your timing is perfect, as registration for the winter term is this coming week.

Bonne chance - it's great fun, but also a lot of work.

It should have read 'Ottawa, although in Ontario, is very very French'
