lol thanks all and to Mr H Grant for the thread.

Today I went out and treated myself to some new things, 3 tops, a scarf (fashion not Canadian winter type), 2 necklaces,a pair of earrings and a new bag. Cos the thing is people think that when you get old you don't really need birthday presents so, to make up for that crock of shite I now have lots :)

Not very Canadian or Redneck of you? I'dve thought a new ATV, some plaid, a gun, a moose caller etc. would have been more in keeping?

Happy Belated Birthday anyway. Don't fear 40, I didn't & am probably happier at (just over) 40 than I was at 30!
