Any sports bar at that time of day I would guess?
Failing that if you are staying in a hotel its probably part of the regular TV package anyway. Sportsnet I think.

If you're downtown there's a newish bar, Firewater.
It's by 3rd Ave/7th St or thereabouts. Loads of TVs, decentish atmosphere.

Buzzards Bar on 10th Avenue and 1st SW (just behind the palliser) it is close to a number of downtown hotels.
St James' Corner on 12th Avenue and 1st Street SW.
Both good football watching venues.
