Thanks, how long has your house been on the market, ours had been on since last August, we were just about to take it off until the spring and then hey presto. Houses are definately moving there are quite a few sold signs going up around me.

Hello. I've just noticed that you both are from Teynham. How far down the line are you? Hubby and I are from Larkfield, and have landed and returned to the UK to sort out my horses and all the related stuff, and hubsters bonus which he now has! I've got to get through Xmas, Jan/Feb, my 40th early March then on way 12th March!

Congratulations on the sale.

Can you now arrange a buyer for us too?????
Mandy has been in Red Deer since August, I'm still sitting here in Scotland awaiting a buyer for the house.
Contacted a different estate agent this morning as the muppets who have been "dealing" with the sale for the last 14 months are being given the boot.
We asked for accompanied viewings when we placed the house on the market, so far I have dealt with all of the viewings, seems like they want 1% of the sale price for acting as a telephone answering service. We also had to keep chasing them for feedback after the viewings, one time I left it for 10 days before reminding them. Not acceptable, so here's hoping the new lot are better.
Once again our congratulations on your sale, just hope ours is not too far into the future too.

Congratulations. I'm hoping to move next summer. Was going to put mine on the market in Feb, because of the winter slowdown. Now I'm wondering if I should try sooner. It must be so stressful waiting over a year to sell.

Good luck Kev and Mandy its tough being apart eh

Ours is staying on through the winter, they are still selling here only the runs below us ( cheaper ) but it should work its way up eventually

Might put an advert in the eve standard ? it will probably be someone from London that will buy ours

If you looked SE of Peterborough you would find property much cheaper.
Edit. I see this is an old thread revived. So the info is probably useless.
