Feeling very Autumnal here this morning, trying to resist putting the heating on. Kids enjoyed scuffing through 6 leaves (they counted) at the bus stop this morning.

Any recommendations please for favourite Fall activities as this is our first in Canada and everyone keeps saying blink and you'll miss it in Alberta!

Trees have just started to shed some leaves, but still very green...

Nice and sunny here in TO too. Still feels like summer! Although I did put my coat into the dry cleaners and get my boots re-heeled in anticipation this week.

As el_richo said, the "official" temperatures for Vancouver are taken at the airport which is build on an island in the sea. Typically, temperatures in the east of the city and suburbs are about 5 C higher in the summer. For us 27 C is bloody hot.

Well that's it for the nice weather, its bloody bastardering cold and pissing it down this morning and we'll probably have another eight months of this stuff.
