After much agro and incompetent solicitors and lenders we have exchanged today on our UK property. All set for close date of Aug 29th on our new Canadian house all being well.

Thanks all. Great spot for the new one, 5 minutes to work, 10 minutes from open forest. It will be nice when we have stuff to go in every room ! Gonna be a bit bare for a long time !
