End of a bad week
 

My wife has struggled for many years with a ton of health issues.
Last week a new one joined the attack. Cirrhosis with a major complication of Encephalopathy.

To an outsider, it might have looked like Alzheimers and the medical profession refer to it as Confusion.

Believe me, that doesn't tell the half of it. It's a terrible thing.

After a week of not understanding us (and a bunch of other problems) and not being able to say what she wanted she died last night after her liver packed up.

It was a horrible week.

A horrible week doesn't begin to describe what you and your wife have been through at all. That sounds beyond dreadful.
