Default Dreams again

Last night I dreamed I had been invited to Anna Maria Tremonti's house - CBC radio journalist.

She greeted everyone like she was on the radio addressing her listeners.

Also in attendance were a couple of researchers. They were doing a radio show on certain medications and I recognised almost all those mentioned.

I tried to tell them I had personal experience (via my late wife) of their use but they weren't interested.

Her house was actually my old house back in Bristol.

This was an odd week.

On Monday night, just after my one year ago thread, I went to bed and dreamed that my wife was, how shall we say, going off the rails with some irresponsible behaviour.

Who wants to analyse that then?

Havent a clue what dreams mean but dreams are interesting.

I dont recall most of my dreams in enough detail to describe, but they can be interesting at times.

I have some nights where I wake stressed because of the dreams of the night.

Odd things dreams are, especially medication induced ones.

Bless ya socks BristolUK. Your dreams speak to you from your lovely heart.

I dream a whole lot, always have done and in quite some detail. MrBEVS hardly ever remembers any of his dreams.

My dreams will sometimes include my late parents and my sister. Not of past events but as though in real time.

I have also realised that I dream in colour . Also that they can include smells & some are repetitive.

I'll try and think to post in the morning if I have a dream I remember. Do it before it fades over the course of the day.

I used to have a recurring dream where someone had been going through education records and apparently I had left school too soon, so I had to go back for another 6 months even though I was well into adulthood.

So off I'd go to school, with all the teachers looking the same as when I was there originally.

I was in my 40s and it was still happening.

I'm not sure I've had it since living in Canada which kind of makes sense if my theory of having the dream during a 30+ year period of being a civil servant having to follow all sorts of procedures carries weight.

You need someone to talk to about your late wife and the difficult times. You miss her. You're lonely. You want to go back in time to when things were happier. Maybe? I don't really know BristolUk but I wish you well.
Almost all my (vividly colourful) dreams are about frustrating situations that I'm unable to solve. Late for work/ babies slipping out of my grasp and so on.
My partner sometimes remembers his dreams and they're adventure ones. Mine are about very mundane things but always problematic.

I had a weird one last night. My grandmother was in it. Well she said she was anyhow. Very odd dream considering she died in 1969 and I was born in 1979 so she never knew of me and I wasnt even a twinkle in my moms eyes.

It was one of those dreams where your woken up and feel odd.

I found it odd we never met. I have dreams routinely about my grand parents I met, but never this kind.

Just a couple of days ago I posted a clip of the Psychiatrist couple from Fawlty Towers.

So, naturally, last night I was walking down the street in Bristol and, bugger me, there they were getting out of their car outside a house with a For Sale sign.

It was one I had previously looked at with a view to buying and I was going to give them my opinion. Obviously I hadn't seen it in real life.

I did a double take on the house because I noticed the front was completely different. A garage had been closed off and converted to extra living space.

Odd thing was the very same had been done to the house next door so now I was having difficulty working out which one I had viewed.
