About the same, none most of the time, I hate drinking at home. If we go out I make up for it!

Now I live in Canada I don't need booze. The natural high I get from hanging out drinking coffee with my Canadian friends is enough for me.

Don't be foolish. Drinking coffee in Canada is not at all a social experience - unless you count sitting in a line up inhaling the exhaust fumes of the 20 cars, trucks and suv's in front of you as a social experience.

About the same. Different things. In the UK more real ale, here, not so much. In the UK I'd never be seen drinking rum and coke, here it is socially acceptable. I'm not sure thats a good thing.

Totally with you on that one - plus I never used to drink at home when alone - now I always have to check the drink cupboard to make sure there's a Captain Morgan sat in there

Manly men drinking rum and coke? What's that all about then? 'Tis a woman's drink. (No disrespect intended, have anothe babycham love....)

As I sit here, idly BE'ing after a long and taxing day with a glass of red wine, I reflect that I have, in fact, turned into my father, for whom red wine was the antidote to work related stress.

Coming back from Vegas to Edmonton as soon as the Canadians got into duty free the Rum section was emptied (and that is no joke) not one Canadian family on board left LV without a bottle of CM. I stood there amazed actually - families bartering over who had any duty free allowance left to see if they could get more rum in.

Now root beer is something that tastes a lot like disinfectant to me - however if youve never had it then try a CM and root beer. Surprisingly good and also suggested (and drank lots) by the "manly" men in the family

Maybe out east. Here out west I go to starbucks of some other fancy place and drink my coffee whilst using a new shiny apple thing, handily positioned so that everyone can see how much of a wannabe .... er I mean how cool I am.

You don't really drink coffee in public places, do you? Disgusting. Should be banned.

I drink more often, but not so much if that makes sense. I only ever went out on the weekends in Wales and drunk too much now I drink every night, a glass of wine with supper or whisky anytime

Spiced and coke is my new favourite mouthwash, however I much prefer my own measure than the bar measures
