Dialing 0845 etc numbers from Canada - HELP

Dialing 0845 etc numbers from Canada - HELP
I am sure there used to be a site that showed you how to dial a company that only supplied an 0845 etc number - obviously you cannot dial into those from Canada (well most of them).
I cannot find it now - can anyone help?

You can call 0845 numbers on Skype..................

Always see if there is an 0800 number equivalent to the 0845 on saynoto0870. You can call 0800 for free from Skype (and any freephone numbers in the world I believe :-) Even if it is not the right department, they usually will put you through. Useful if you have to sit on hold for 20 mins!
