Just did a search for Canadian credit cards and the interest rates are horrific!

Does anybody know of a decent one that does not charge you an arm and a leg in interest and annual fees?

Pay it off each month, and the interest rates are irrelevant.

Many banks offer cards without annual fees, but if you want niceties like cash-back, airmiles or rewards expect a fee.
