Can you believe I've found some decent choc in Food basics of all places?! I gave up completely on Canadian chocolate and just went to the British store (very lucky having 2 here in London) when I was desperate.
So, on Saturday I decided to bake some brownies to take to a friends house and ran to Food basics to get the ingredients, and just grabbed the cheapy choc to put in them. But whilst cooking I had a little nibble and discovered it was quite nice! Not waxy at all and melted in the mouth really well.
