Nice. I might watch that if it's still on after I've walked the dogs.

Re: Darts
What timing, I've just painted a wall and need to watch it dry.

HID had never heard that tune before, I don't think she wants to hear it again. Still, Big John showed a lot of bottle to win. Was a good afternoon. The later rounds should be fun.
Smashing game of darts, good to see Barney playing good too:thumbsup: |

Half our household were having a bit of a sing-along and dance-along when he came out also, the other half took more of an Auld Yin type position on the proceedings. What tune would you come out to? Down Down? ;)
What tune do you think auld yin would come down to? |
Re: Darts
Ooh, Ronnie Baxter is on the point of going out in the first round.

Re: Darts

Re: Darts
Last week, my husband and I got stuck for two or three hours in Toronto....I don't know what was wrong with the telly but it was World Darts, from somewhere Northern UK, it was probably an old repeat? I had the feeling that I was the only one in the place that could understand a word that was said, and yet I couldn't understand anything that was going on:blink:

The darts is back on now after the Christmas break, if anyone is at a loose end while the wife is out shopping or returning presents.

Yeah, it's only at the end of each set, so it's not too bad really. John Parts commentary is pretty decent.

Brilliant. (always liked barney, shall def watch that) |
Re: Darts
No computer and the streams are a pop-up minefield for android so I'll have to wait till the World Junior Hockey Championships are over then TSN will probably air the series. What's funny is that when I was walking up and down Vancouver with my darts in my pocket posting on here I couldn't find a game.

Re: Darts
Are you near the drive? I wanted to check out the WISE club. I've played at the Rail and the Rose and Thorne, Rose and Crown maybe? That was long ago. The big scary action was at the Blue Horizon on Robson 30 years ago, they had about 15 boards and it was busy. Hiram goes to the big city.
