Daily Rant - part II
I've calmed down now. After an extremely frustrating day yesterday when I had no option but to vent my anger on this forum, I now have an update on said situation.
The store in question phoned me today and have spoken to "the boss" in the supply warehouse, and have managed to actually ...... wait for it .... move FORWARD my delivery date AND offer me a more expensive range at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
So, thanks to all of you for making me laugh. Thank goodness for British Ex-Pats and their unique sense of humour just when you need it
Canadian sense of humour ..... that's another thing .....
