Default CV/resume advice, please!

Afternoon y'all

I'm currently completely rewriting my CV in preparation for hitting the UK jobs market hard in the early part of next year.

I've got all the usual stuff (objective, profile, key achievements, competencies etc) and am now working on my career history.

My question is - should I put inline links in the various job sections to supporting documents, e.g. strategies I've delivered, products I've produced etc...

Would this be a good idea, or look a little, well, rubbish?

Thanks!

PS How do Canadian recruiters look on this sort of thing? I'm hitting UK at the moment as still preparing/paying off debts here before the Big Move (hopefully 2012-ish if all goes to plan!)...
