Seem to be having scoreboard problems- they`ve got the first innings 408-9 listed against England.

And Yorks batsmen scored nearly half the runs

Re: Cricket
That crazy Aus-SA game was 2006/7 I think- I remember it was while I was in Nigeria anyhow.

Re: Cricket
Wow, that was a shocker. A pleasant one. Lets hope this is a new type of England rather than a one off.

Re: Cricket
So Peter Moores. Run that past me again why you took Adil Rashid to Windies & chose to play Treadwell and a recovering-from-injury Moeen Ali instead?
Buttler is a freak, but a nice one.

Re: Cricket
It's tough being a leggy. You can go from unplayable to basic pie throwing in the bat of an eyelid, unless your name is Shane Warne.

Re: Cricket
Dizzy Gillespie, Yorks coach, saw Rashid was worried about being hit for runs, so he took him to one side and pointed out that Warne was hit for 6 more than any other bowler in test history. Armed with this knowledge, Adil has become a more attacking spinner. We use him to mop up the tail (something Eng have struggled with in recent years)

Amazing what a good skipper can do for your performance as a leggy.

Bit of tap everywhere eh?
Well, lets see what our boys can do with some pressure on.

Re: Cricket
Jordan should never be let near an England side again. And ffs, why did they keep bowling short balls? None of them are fast enough for that.

Re: Cricket
Especially when you're rubbish. :thumb down:
Edited to note: I might of been a bit harsh. Shame about the rain but the run chase has been very good and shows a lot of promise for a new perspective from England. In the old days they'd of just collapsed for 190 all out.
