How can a person live on that?
He wont have to, he hasnt been banned from ALL 'professional' baseball. Now there is a rumour someone like the Vipers are looking to 'engage his services'

Does Ontario "need" another NHL franchise? No.

Can Ontario support anther NHL franchise. Most likely yes.

Toronto has opposed another team being moved into the area for many years as has Buffalo to some degree.

But really when you look at Toronto and fact it's a license to print money and they don't even have to put a winning team on the ice, I would say another team in the golden triangle is long overdue.

If a cities like Liverpool and Manchester in the UK can support two Premier League teams there is no reason whatsoever southern Ontario can't support two NHL franchises.

My two cents worth.

My two Cents? (ok maybe 4)

If they are going to bring another Francise to Canada either
a) give one back to Winnipeg
OR
b) Try Regina or Saskatoon

Winnipeg might work although it's been tried once before and failed.

Regina and Saskatoon support is not really the issue it's there's is not enough corporate entities to support. This is partly Winnipeg's problem too.

My six cents worth.

I did too. About those Torontonians catching coyotes and then dumping them out in the sticks, ie out here.

If you've got that kind of spare cash laying around I have this land in Florida going cheap, you can see it twice a day at low tide.
