Copy of UK immunization records
Cannot figure out how to get a copy of my son’s child immunization records from 10 years ago. Anyone from Canada managed to obtain theirs from the U.K?

Contact your old GP's office they should have the records. Their website will have information on the relevant forms to complete. Paediatric records have to be kept until the child reaches 26yrs
