He's obviously and intelligent man as he is a neurosurgeon but how can he be so stupid?

He's good looking, charismatic, a god-botherer. He'll get elected.

The Americans still think their "system" and the consequences of such a system are the ideal. They think when people are negative about the US, they're jealous, when really we just feel a bit sorry for them as its a depressing place.

It really is beyond belief how blinkered some Americans can be. However, the world is a changin' and the rise of a true global competitor in China (an equally arrogant power) will force the Yanks to up their game.

I predict Jeb Bush vs. Hilary Clinton. It will be a nice refreshing change.

To properly educate the part of their population that has been left behind. The part that elect the ignorant politicians to represent them.
