To me Kraft Dinner, hickory sticks, those hot dogs spinning around at 7-11 to eat or the cheese nachos things at 7-11 are at the absolute bottom of the food tree.

Kids in my 12 year old daughters class at school regularly bring those oriental noodles to school...they don't add hot water...they just whack the package on a hard surface, open up the package and add the powdered 'flavour' stuff in it and eat it like that.

We need a nationalised school lunch program.

My kids schools have 'hot lunches' that are brought in on various days for a fee. It is optional for the parents and you have to sign up a few months in advance. I've never seen the food but my kids say it is good. My daughter wouldn't eat crap and she doesn't want to participate in the pizza that is sold as she said it is too greasy and just cheese and pepperoni.
