Not sure if anyone has seen this yet, but I'd definitely recommend it.
I started watching it last night, before falling asleep (which can happen at any time of day and isnt a reflection on the movie) so will watch the rest later. It's quite a sobering documentary though.....

I sympathy for his uber bearish views but I've not watched this. His predicted out come isn't that likely though:

Scenarios for 20+ years down the line.

- New technology comes and we stay pretty much as we are.
- Conservation starts in a big way and we have a more natural decline in population and energy use until equilibrium is found. More of us become farmers.
- Wars about resources. Billions of people die.

I *love* documentaries like this! Thanks for sharing I'll be sure to watch.

I'm personally hoping for a Star Trek style money-less resource economy with the help of replicators.

Me too, there was a good documentary on discovery not so long back called "After Oil" which I was watching til it got switched over for a hockey game been looking out for that to be on again.
