ADBRU:
You can find just about anything on GOOGLE by using a simple search. term or phrase, such as this one................Weather conditions for Halifax Nova Scotia.
Here is the result...
http://www.theweathernetwork.com/fea...s/CANS0057.htm
This has daily and hourly weather reports of the area. Remember that Nova Scotia means " NEW SCOTLAND" so the weather will be similar to the "old Country ". But with more summer sun ( weeks at a time ) and less drizzle and fog, with crip, and cold winters.
Take a look and SAVE the website for future refference.

Hi,
The coldest day seen in Halifax this winter was -20 plus windchill (day time highs!) that bought it down to around -34. I understand from locals that these temps were unusually low but not unheard of.

I think the little winking smiley face indicates that indeed Adbru kinda knows it can get chilly ...

Yip, there have been plenty of cold days here since we arrived but not much in the way of snow. I can also count on one hand the amount of cloudy days - blue skies and sunshine nearly every day here this winter
