Christmas Shingdig in Toronto :

So having had a baaaad day today, I thought I would check up on what is happening with BEs in Toronto. Didn't somebody say they would organize a Christmas bash? :santa::santa::xmaspressie::xmaspressie:

Tenants who move out in the middle of the night in NS! Ones who we vetted extensively and who had been model tenants the who time they were there... Just don't get it!!!

Yep, it's a complete mystery. I've had two tenants disappear owing money and leaving significant damage/mess. One of them had just made five years and had security of tenure and threw it away.

A pair of my favourite tenants were students who, when I saw them heading to the duplex at the appointed viewing time, purely from their appearance I hoped they weren't the ones for the appointment.

There are just no guarantees no matter what you do. Fortunately I'm well "in credit" with those I've had.

Got the work Christmas shindig on the 12th to now.

Probably best ignoring me as that would only leave the 5th if it is a Friday.

What's the session? Meet for a couple of warmish pints in a suitable pub? I'd be down for that...
