The Mrs went and bought a snow suit for our eldest in Costco on Saturday....

Wannabe immigrants to Canada are advised to "embrace the winter". What could be more embracefulizing than talking about it in late July? Winter is only 12 short weeks away...

I saw kids' snow suits there in June. They'd actually sold out of one size.

cooler today - feels like 35C, with 90% humidity

Some of the stores around here are starting to get in winter clothing now, and all the summer stuff is on clearance, some pretty good deals on BBQ's and patio sets now, and Wal-Mart has officially closed its garden center for the year, and Home Depot has most of their stuff on clearance, I am sure it will be closing in the next 3 weeks.

Summer is almost over folks. Down to the final full month almost (August)
