I am so glad that I didn't have time to make my normal cheese sarnies for lunch today.

Maple dale is just up the road from me (literally), and its what I buy.

Not fancy caribbean cheese though...if you are that pretentious Id suggest you have it coming

That's the thanks you get for paying so highly for your cheese.

We bought some Canadian Tesco's Finest Mature Cheddar the other day at the price of £2.20 for 225g. How come even after shipping it over here it is still cheaper? Cheese Tax? Or do Tesco have someone over a barrel?

Pesky governments. But surely this Dairy Commission still has a remit to stuff sold outside Canada? Or, are farmers selling direct and cheap to foreign supermarket chains? Doesn't seem in their interests if they can get a 'fair' price in Canada.

You've reminded me of some of the lyrics to Weird Al's 'Constipated' song, a parody of Avril Lavigne's song Complicated.

Uh huh, extra cheese.
Uh huh, uh huh, save a piece for me.

Pizza party at your house,
I went just to check it out.
19 extra larges,
What a shame, no one came.
Just us, eatin’ all alone,
You said take the pizza home.
No sense lettin’ all this go to waste,
So then I faced

Pizza all day, and everyday, there’s cheese round the clock,
It’s gettin’ me blocked, And I sure don’t care the irregularity.
