fortunatly for us migrants I think Chavs are just a British thing.

What the heck is a chav? Must be a new term developed after I left the UK!!

It is - I had to learn all about them, too - now I 'get it', it's SO funny (so long as you are not affected by them directly I suppose That wouldn't be good)
