Re: Celebrity sightings.
I've walked past Robbie Williams at Alton Towers with his security all around him, that was back in the late 90's.

Lately I've been making blackened salmon tacos with pico de gallo and avocado on a warmed wholewheat tortilla. Two for about 50 cents. :)

Met them too, worked for F1 for 4 years. Mark Webber was one of the nicest 'celebs' I've ever met, as was Jenson Button. Sorry Schnooks, I'll get my coat. :getcoat::lol:
Yes Mark Webber....top guy, there was a huge crowd around him at the airport and he just seemed a really friendly down to earth guy. |

Re: Celebrity sightings.
I got a slap for grabbing Carol Deckers arse one night.
I meet celebs on a daily basis. Some of which I have absolutely no idea who they are. They actually like that too. |

N More like your meetings just dwarf pretty much all of ours
I've rubbed shoulders with quality. :p Have partied with the entire cast of It Ain't Half Hot Mum until the wee small hours but didn't with the cast of Hair and I've seen Eric Sykes and Deryck Guyler have a right old bun fight before going on stage. Oldies but goodies. ...and Angela Ripon nodded at Mr BEVS as we partook of a tourist half price Singapore Sling in Raffles, Singapore. Cheeky mare. |
Re: Celebrity sightings.
Omar Sharif said hello and smiled at me. That was nice.

Re: Celebrity sightings.
I tried to chat up Alanis Morissette (for a shy friend, of course) in a hotel in central London.
Didn't get very far, though. Which is ironic.

In Whistler today, Peter Andre.
I didn't see him, but some UK friends who are over skiing did. Does that count? Lol John McEnroe was in the customs queue next to us at LAX the week before last and admired my sons' hats - they of course had no idea who he was, but I managed to stutter a 'thanks', so I count that as a conversation. Like someone else here, I've also seen Billy Connolly on 5th Ave in NYC - he was in the shoe shine store next to the pub we were in, and one of my friends saw him and dragged him into the pub to say hello. On another occasion, I passed Sean Connery crossing the street in NYC. |

I can confirm Peter Andre was in Whistler! I spotted him near the village gondola a couple of days ago wearing a bobble hat.

Ian Gillan (of Deep Purple fame) once bought me a pint.
