Oh yes, I heard that on the news the other day too, eeek!

I am glad I mostly eat veggies not salad these days, and it gets boiled for a short time before eaten.

It's a bit of a puzzle.

I've seen shops displaying signs about cooking it to whatever temperature.

Bearing in mind the authorities usually play down these things, if simply cooking cured the problem, why the recommendations not to consume?

Presumably the recall is just a legal protection issue.

to be honest, if a recall was known on any I had, I'd not eat it. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Mine was okay as it happened, I ate it, cooked it a bit longer and it was fine anyway. But from all I gather it wasn't one of the recall items anyway.

I had two small packs that were on the list and I chucked them.

We're all prime candidates for the flu shots for a whole range of reasons so this was one household not taking a chance.
