Now doing around 90 to 100kg benching, using pyramid method for reps, start at 100kg for 10 to 12 reps working down to around 50kg, targeting each muscle group until burnout !!

That's some deadlifting weight Eddie!
I DL 75kg, squat 90kg, bench 60kg... but I'm a grrrl and just started a year ago.
