Burton Bunch needs some House selling Karma!
She has a viewer coming tomorrow and some house selling karma is much needed if you can spare some for her! I'm sure she'd be ever so grateful and buy you all a drink when she gets to Canada!

personally I thought it was at least 20k OVER priced but hey I'm not complaining (especially seeing as it ended up being dual agency so the realtor is reducing his fees).
