They aren't vegetarian as the red ones are coloured with cochineal. Not that I'm saying you are vegetarian it's just interesting trivia. You might be a vegetarian though, it's hard to tell in print.

Robisons juice - you are prob looking at a "british shop" but fwisw, superstore and costco sell ribena
Hobnobs - superstore... they also sell penguins and waggon wheels. my kids have become addicted to both of those...

Thanks for that, had a craving for a Pernod and black the other night, went into the liquor store and asked the bird behind the counter where her mixers were because I was after some blackcurrant cordial.

The look on her face (to steal a Peter Kay phrase) was as though i'd just walked into her house on Xmas day and p***ed on her kids

1st error = no idea what a 'mixer' was
2nd error = cordial  wtf

I left with some spiced rum and root beer.

I'm not, but I think most of the people I know are ;) Thinking of going veggie at some point maybe. I already drink soy milk and eat tofu so it wouldn't be hard! I couldn't give up fish though ...

Your very welcome. Yes I have converted and in the main I do speak the Canadian, but sometimes, when I don't think, I will come out with the English word, especially when the Canadian isn't sure what something is called or is describing something, or if I'm really busy or tired. It's good for conversing I suppose, they then tend to ask me some more englishism's.:rofl:

I can thoroughly confuse patients asking them to take their shirt off and leave their vest on. Or trousers off and pants on. I learned that one quickly- always always say leave your underpants on. It can be so gruesome otherwise.
