Default Bricklayers...

Lately we've had about 3 topics from bricklayers in the span of a month or so (and remained active till the present)

Perhaps the fact that most Canadian houses are made of wood needs to be publicised a bit more!

What about commercial brickwork/blockwork nearly every commercail building in canada has brick or block.

there is a lot more to construction than houses..what about schools hospitals retail parks offices industrial units sports centres etc the list is endless!!!..maybe this fact should be publicised more??

We are building two residential blocks that are in the main timber frame but have some substantial masonry (aka brickwork) walls to act as load beraing and fire walls - sometimes even timber homes have masonry you know.
