A man was laying in hospital waiting for a brain transplant surrounded by family and friends........the doctor enters the room....'OK we have 2 suitable brains.....1 is from a man and the cost is $50,000.....the other is a womans brain and costs $500'..........all the men in the room snigger and exchange glances.....one finally pipes up....'So tell me doctor, how come the mans brain is so much more expensive than the womans?'....'Thats easy'....the doctor replies.....'The womans brain is already used!'

You wouldn't have a brain transplant, you would have a body transplant. This joke is illogical - did a woman write it?
