booked our flights
just booked our flights landing on the 9th of april would it be ok to get one way travel insurance here and get medical cover in canada after we land as we will not get health cover in toronto for the first 3 months thanks

not sure what you mean - you want to try and get health coverage for the first 3 months AFTER you land in canada? why wouldn't you want to organise it before you leave the UK?
