I just wanted to add this gem from tonight's MLs entertainment.

'This home boasts 3 bedrooms,3 full baths,a large eat in kitchen,fireplace, a fully fenced yard & close to all amenities.Won't last. '

I just find that quite funny. What's its life expectancy 5 yrs, fall down after 7? At least you save on the home inspector!

Is it just me, or are the brass and glass ceiling fan/light combos that seem to be popular in Canada particularly hideous? :eek:

I know they're useful especially in houses with high ceilings, but surely there must be less tacky alternatives on the market?
