It seems that we have some infiltrators -or jokers! I'll check the names on the map against our member list and any that aren't on it will be removed, sorry.

Please make sure you use your BE Username when signing up - and replace the "Point xx" with your Username - then change the marker to a different symbol - preferably changing the colour if there seems to be quite a few of you in the area!

Can who ever is adding these nonsensical names please stop.

I don't have time to keep going back to the map and deleting them.. this is supposed to be a map of everyone who are members of BE - not a stupid game.

I'll simply remove the map if this keeps happening.

Suggestion. Is there any way you can lock down editing of the map to a few people, others can post on the thread if they want to be added.

A bit like the spousal sponsorship spreadsheet

Just a thought.....

Maybe for now, it would be best to have it in the Canada forum only. Peeps who frequent The Lounge and TIO often like to mess about. Siouxie...let me know if you want the other 2 threads to disappear.;)

I have changed it to I'm the only one who can edit/delete members from the map now - I've changed it from anyone with the link... seems that's the only way to stop the silliness..

No thanks, the point is that the map is for ALL BE members, worldwide.

I have now locked it down so anyone who wants to be added will have to put in a request on the thread.

The only people that should have been able to delete you are yourself of me - and I haven't.. strange.. I've redone it for you..

I have only deleted stupid names but it appears that someone managed to access it and change / delete several.... so it's now locked down.

Yes.. it seems someone thought it would be funny to change members names or remove them entirely. Troll behaviour which really ticks me off.
