BE'ers around the world - new map!

I discovered that we can create our own map with placement markers to show where we all live.
Just zoom into the general area you want to be show as living, click on the 'add' and place the marker .. put your name in - you can choose the symbol you want (icon) and the colour.. Anyone who doesn't have a google account who wants to be added, just shout below! :D |

If you wanted to put it in (I don't recommend it) you can just input the address as a search and it will zoom into it with a preplaced pointer you can edit :) Here's one I did earlier - it's actually where I used to live in Hong Kong (my 2nd apartment there) |

It seems that we have some infiltrators -or jokers! I'll check the names on the map against our member list and any that aren't on it will be removed, sorry.

Please make sure you use your BE Username when signing up - and replace the "Point xx" with your Username - then change the marker to a different symbol - preferably changing the colour if there seems to be quite a few of you in the area! SIGH.
Can who ever is adding these nonsensical names please stop. I don't have time to keep going back to the map and deleting them.. this is supposed to be a map of everyone who are members of BE - not a stupid game. I'll simply remove the map if this keeps happening. |

Suggestion. Is there any way you can lock down editing of the map to a few people, others can post on the thread if they want to be added.
A bit like the spousal sponsorship spreadsheet Just a thought..... |

Maybe for now, it would be best to have it in the Canada forum only. Peeps who frequent The Lounge and TIO often like to mess about. Siouxie...let me know if you want the other 2 threads to disappear.;)

Where is RICH located? Sorry I can't remember (area / town / City) - if you can let me know I'll make it right!
