It's not well known, but he was a DIY expert. That explains the circular mark in the floor directly underneath the body. detailed investigation of the cellar revealed a pneumatic cylinder capable of raising a section of the floor by 3 ft. The small hole drilled in the air line ensured that the floor would return to it's normal place as the air reservoir emptied. It would have been a bit slow so he really meant it.

Reports indicate that the floor was dry and no sign of sheep anywhere.
