This busts my gut every time I hear it, and I don't know why. It's awful (and I'm sure many of you will disagree!).

Weirdly, I'm in two minds about this song. When I hear it blaring out from some boat on the lake at 60,000 dB than I absolutely detest it. If, however, I am listening through a good sound system in my own house, the live version particularly, then I quite like it

I used to put the LP on back in the 70s in my (student land) flat around 6.00 am when I woke. Very quietly I should add.

I could reach my record player from my bed.



Cost me £250 in 1976. Sanyo Music Centre.

My Aiwa replacement, which was altogether superior, cost about half that more than ten years later.
