Back Bacon
#1
Just had a trip to Walmart, Sylvan Lake AB (yes, exciting Saturday afternoon shopping
)and there was a sample stand of bacon.
It just happened to be Back bacon, cut thick or thin.
A new product for Walmart- Lou's BBQ co, quick-n-easy bacon
Marketed as Authentic Bacon style, traditional slice (cured smoked boneless pork loin)

As sold in Valumart, so no need to join the 'people of Walmart'

There are quite a few posters on here who have specialist knowledge concerning bacon related activities, so they might be able to help. One in particular springs to mind, although I believe he was exiled some time ago.

I for one am looking forward to the Walmart near us being turned into a super Walmart, a bit of competition for the local supermarkets and fresh veg - non bendy carrots, non wrinkly apples etc will be really good. No I don't wear jammies when I go there, I just object to paying $7.98 for Marmite (for example) when Walmart sells it for $3.77.

Don't you care that this Marmite, produced by the bleeding fingers of child labourers, will be sold to you by a behemoth notorious for the exploitation of its workforce, the crushing of independent retailers and a tendency to cause towns to be reduced to a depressingly similar pattern of car-driven suburban development with he core of the town being turned over to homeless drug addicts?

It's not bacon related but Walmart related, even then it's not obligatory, merely customary, to have one's flabby body parts erupting from one's pyjamas. Perhaps this is to exhibit the wisdom of rule three for tatooes; nowhere that's going to sag.
