Released without charges as of yet. The PSNI are looking at also charging him with being a member of the IRA which he has always denied. Apparently he also didn't like the food served to him while in custody.
I guess the PSNI now consult with the PPS to see if there is sufficient evidence to charge him and take him to trial.
Adams walked free after four nights in police custody, blaming his arrest over the notorious murder of the mother of ten on ‘sinister’ British forces and a ‘sustained, malicious, untruthful campaign’.

They had to draw a line somewhere, at some point, for the powers that be to move forward. The civil case though? Now that will be interesting.

With Nelson Mandela's peace and reconciliation movement in SA, people could let even more bitterness and real injustice lie. So I just don't buy that it can't happen in Ireland too. Of course it's possible, but there has to be willing. There is neither the the willing nor leadership in Northern Ireland and that's why they're in perpetual circles.
