Default Anyone used Eagle for their move?

We finally said yes to Eagle for undertaking our move, and I have just received an email from another (disappointed company) telling me that Eagle was a freight forwarder not a removal company...etc...

hold on, this what was put:

However, may I wish you every success & happiness in Canada.

Out of interest I was exploring the web it seems one of our competitors is a freight forwarder.

This is different from a removal company & would offer a different service.

Doree Bonner International are proud to be a FIDI FAIM mover. There are only 28 companies in the UK who have this quality standard for the International moving industry. www.fidi.com

The agents we use in Canada would also be part of this network, enabling us to provide a quality door to door service.

Gloups?

Should I be worried, lol???

If you asked the right questions of Eagle and were happy with their service - then I suspect it might be a scare tactic from the other company.

What have Eagle said they would do, will they come and pack up, insure, ship and deliver your goods?

If so I would wait til its all over and then when you get to Canada send a letter to Dorree Bonner or whoever they are stating that for a freight forwarder, Eagle did just fine (and quit with the sour grapes!)
