Anyone in New Brunswick ............
Does anyone know of an email or server problem from NB to other parts of Canada???
I've made 3 calls to call centres in Moncton in the last 2 days, and confirming emails have not arrived to my computer. People at both centres have said "heavy traffic over the last few days, slow email as a result" .........
36 hours seems a little over the top!
I know what I wanted has been done because I have been able to check in other ways .........
I'm feeling a little bit as though BC is slipping into the Pacific

Silly question. Have you checked your junk mail?

Re: Anyone in New Brunswick ............
Unfortunately my email account is extremely efficient at getting rid of junk mail permanently before I've seen it and I have never found how to see what has been deleted .... and that doesn't usually bother me!
I see about 1 piece every couple of weeks.
However, email addresses for both companies are on my Safe List, and not on the Unsafe List.
It was one of the call centres that told me there had been very heavy traffic and delays in emails being sent, that was on 2 separate occasions, once on Friday afternoon and then again this (Saturday) morning ............ I usually receive confirming emails from that company within 30-60 seconds.
The guy for the other company said I should get the confirmatory email within about 15 minutes ............ which is also a very long time for any call centre that I've ever dealt with.
That's what made me ask the question, because it just seemed so strange.
Of course, I have no way of knowing whether it was the same call centre handling calls for 2 Canadian companies!

Hi Millie!
Well, still no emails from the call centre/centres
I wonder if the "rush" on Friday affected BellAliant again?!

that looks like a good site, thanks Bristol.
I looked and it seems Bell had major problems in Ontario, with some in the Maritimes.
