Anyone move back to Uk from Calgary?
Hi,:sneaky:
My husband and I got an opportunity to move to Calgary. He got a job offer, I dont. We dont have children, just a dog. :( I am more enthusiastic about moving than my husband, maybe because I dont feel like I fit in well with the lifestyle in the UK. I am originally from bangkok, my husband is from North Yorkshire. Because I am more excited about the move, I may just see the positives not the negatives. Can you please share you experience? Thanks Padthai |

You might be better off posting this question in the moving back to the Uk section.

What a bloody stupid, racially stereotyping statement to make. |

Hi
Butch: your comment is funny, but I dont know if you are being serious or funny so I should to laugh instead then. I've been to Vancouver last year. It was really nice and they are plenty of food of my choices. Lots of Padthai...hehe. I love it but I don't think OH could find a job there. Fishfinger, how come you move back from Vancouver? It is such a lovely place tho. Are you considering moving to other part of Canada or you come back for good now? Thanks Padthai |

By the way I love the area and as I said before my son goes to a school where he is in the minority and I did this on purpose because of the work ethic lots of asian people have. This has rubbed off on him and his grades have improved. When I go back to England I will miss this part of Vancouver the most. |
