Any former Samaritans out there?

I'd be interested to hear from any former Sams, by PM, who may be out there, particularly in Nova Scotia.

I know this will gobsmack posters on here who think they know me (or my persona), but I was a volunteer for the Samaritans back in my stoodent days.

But I'm not in Nova Scotia, so enough of that.

I was a good Samaritan once....was helping a neighbour clear his drive way of snow after he had had a hip replacement. Was using my ATV and plow blade. Whilst so doing, bike skidded a little on a patch of ice and clipped the rear bumper on his van with the corner of said blade, punching a small hole in same. Cost me $500 to get it fixed for him....
