Me and my husband are hoping to move to canada in about three years. I'm a qualified nanny and would like to carry on working as a nanny when we get over there. I have been struggling to find a decent agency and was wondering if there were any nannies that could give me any advice.
Also, do the families expect the same duties or is there more to the job than there is in england. If i know before i go then i can prepare myself and be ready for the change in duties.
We are hoping to live in the Calgary area for my husbands work so this is the area i'll be working in! Thanks for your time.

As always it depends on the employer I suppose, some expect you to look after the kids, housekeeping, make dinner, do laundry etc., and some just want you to look after the kids.

Thanks. I'll try to get hold of that agency. Sounds like english jobs then. Just got to go to the interviews and see what they want! Just hope i'll be able to get a decent wage! Got three years to work it all out though!!
