What I LOVE about this site is the varying opinions you get from people, it really helps to mull things over from a wider, fuller perspective. 
Anyway, I got the job...... and with 10k more than the initial starting salary so I guess they must be OK with gobsh1tes! God help them
The lesson I have learned....... be yourself no matter what
Now, I need to find myself somewhere to live, am due to start on 3rd Nov and can't turn up with my backpack and pitch my 2 man tent in their car park, or can I??????
