"Already gone" - the who, why and wheretofore...

I realise it's cyclical.... people have other lives to live.... but I'm really missing some of the old hands. Bazzzzz, Biiiiink (sorry if I scr**ed up on the number of consonants or vowels).... even (God Forbid, but it was fun to watch) AdrianTO.

This month it appear we've lost Cap'n Hook, MMC, Steve P, Liverman and goodness knows how many others (I've lost track). Please no mod-bashing but....

Who's no longer posting? Who was your fave? Who would you want back and why?

Glaswegian. I miss his dry sense of humour, not to mention the transformation in his fortunes in Canada. Most of you probably dont go that far back... A victim of promotion..no time to waste here.

People come and go though, thats life. Some come back too.

He didn't flounce, just drifted away when he moved back to Toronto.

I thought of him the other day (the currency trader chappie, not ontheboatout). I was passing a GM dealership with a bloody great Cadillac wossname on the forecourt with 'reduced' stickers all over it. I remembered he was dead set on leasing one at one point, and couldn't understand why he got a bunch of people questioning his sanity.

I miss Brownstar he was always good for a laugh and while occasionally a bit stroppy he was never mean or abusive and really added to the community. I wonder why he went away?

Ahhh Jeez - I could go tomorrow and nobody would notice the difference except for maybe one of the five regular posters we have in Italy.

Italy is a lovely place and so are the posters but I'm the only one that strays to "foreign lands"

I think sometimes that I'm the only one that stays up to have a nightcap....or maybe the others stay up - they just have more to do than me...or they are pensioners in Italy and go to bed early.

Cry now:cry_smile:

This started as a 'nice' I miss so and so thread, lets try and keep it that way thats all my saying.

I have my disagreements with people, but we have plenty of threads to use as venues to vent and argue. Just asking for at least one to stay civil.
