Default All Inclusive with Kids

Hi all

So planning a week or so getaway at some point, would love to give one of those family resorts a shot. Anyone got any suggestions on websites to search (seems to be loads of them) and places to visit or avoid?
Not sure on dates yet, just want to check out where we can go for a decent trip away. Kids are only 4 & 6 so need something where they will enjoy themselves too

Thanks

Wayne

Might help the OP if you add as to why i.e places to stay, things to do for the wee ones etc If of course the suggestion was based on first hand experience there with kids?

Tick the boxes 'family' and 'all inclusive' - select 'all south' from the dropdown and put the dates in - you will get tons.

Because its nice and warm. The kids can be entertained while the adults can get pissed by the pool.

Not a resort, but San Diego is a nice place to take the kids - lots to keep them occupied: Legoland, Zoo, Safari Park, Sea World and beaches. There are some resorty-type places you can stay too. Also only a 2 1/2-3 hr flight. You can double up and do Disneyland California too as its only 1 1/2 hours drive.

Must admit its not exactly a restful holiday itinerary but its loads of fun!

Evening,

Please elaborate on your stay here i.e. pros and cons...what you did with the child, did you stay in the resort of go outside at times?

Price etc

My son has voiced interest in going to Legoland, and I'll like to take him there soonest. Is March break a good time to go?

My sister took her kids on a Disney cruise. She said it was perfect - the kids are entertained all day while parents can either do grown up stuff or do kids stuff with them. There's onboard babysitting so parents can go out for dinner, etc and you don't have to worry about them running off.

Yeah...I mean who is going to kidnap a kid on a cruise ship, that will just be the dumbest thing. Not a big fan of cruises personally
