The Canadian way seems to be always with two "L"s .... don't know why... :confused:

North American's seem genetically incapable of spelling Alan with one L. An Alan I know, tells me this. Even when his email address, entry in the corporate directory, business card, name plaque on his office door, have the single L, he constantly gets the LL and sometimes to add insult to injury, an E in emails & correspondence. It drives him crazy apparently. Poor chap.
